Orders

How do I track my order?
After placing an order, visit My Orders to see real-time status updates. You'll also receive SMS or email notifications. Each order has a share link you can send to others.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel before the restaurant starts preparing your food — contact support to try. Once confirmed and in preparation, cancellation is usually not possible. Scheduled orders may be modified before release to the kitchen.

Delivery

How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on prep time and distance. An estimated arrival time is shown at checkout. Third-party delivery (e.g. DoorDash) times are set by the provider and may vary with traffic or weather.
What areas do you deliver to?
Each restaurant has its own delivery zone. Enter your address on the restaurant menu page to check availability. Many restaurants also offer pickup and dine-in.

Payments

What payment methods are accepted?
Most restaurants accept online credit/debit cards processed securely via Stripe. Some also offer pay-on-arrival (cash or card). Available options are shown at checkout.
Why was I charged twice?
Online payments may show a temporary authorization hold; the final charge matches your order total. If you see a duplicate charge, contact support with your order number — we'll resolve it within 3–5 business days.

Refunds

How do I request a refund?
For cancelled orders, food quality issues, or significant delivery delays, submit a request via our Contact page or email anetteijailene@gmail.com with your order number. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Account

Forgot your password?
On the login page, tap "Forgot password" and enter your registered email or phone to receive a verification code. You can also sign in with SMS verification without a password.
Can I order without an account?
Yes. Guest checkout only requires your name, phone, and delivery address. We recommend creating an account to view order history, manage addresses, and use coupons.

Coupons

How do I use a coupon?
Claim coupons on the Coupons page or via a share link. Select an eligible coupon at checkout. Each coupon has minimum spend, expiry, and usage limits — see the coupon details for rules.
