Request account deletion
Yumo Business accounts are provisioned for authorized restaurant personnel. An authorized account holder or restaurant owner may request deletion at any time.
How to submit a request
- Email us from the account email address when possible and include the restaurant name, account email or phone, and your role.
- We will verify your identity and authority to act for the restaurant before deleting access or business records.
- We will confirm completion or explain any records that must be retained for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes.
What is deleted
Subject to verification and legal retention requirements, we delete or de-identify the user's account credentials, personal profile information, device notification tokens, and access to the restaurant account. Restaurant, order, payment, settlement, and audit records may be retained where required to operate the business or comply with law.
